The building is supported by two structural grid systems for the two towers. The grid not only serves as a shelf for each of the units but also as the structure for the service cores of each of the units. It organizes the services (water, electric, pipes, etc.) along the structure as well as being a system for vertical circulation for the units and the towers. The number of units in the towers differ due to the site's orientation, thus to maximize solar gain for the winter to provide efficiency and sustainability of the building. It also provides a spectacular view for each of the units for both towers. A louver system is used to create a layering effect on the facades as well as creating shades for the summer cooling.
