Description:
The purpose of this document is to provide a rough procedure of how to perform many of the tasks required of students in 16.810 (temporary class number 16.682 in IAP 2004). Basic procedures of how to model a part in SolidWorks, perform structural analysis using CosmosWorks, and how to use the computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) tools for manufacturing with a water jet cutter are detailed in this document.
