Creating the file CelexWordsInTranscription.txt

The perl scripts for week 4 require a file called 
CelexWordsInTranscription.txt
This file contains the wordforms from CELEX, and thus cannot be included 
for download with the rest of the files.
In order to create it, you will need a copy of the CELEX corpus, and the 
perl script GetCelexWordsInTranscription.pl
Put the perl script into the EPW directory in the English portion of your 
CELEX directory, and run it.  This will create the file 
CelexWordsInTranscription.txt, which you can then move into the week 4 
perlscripts directory.
