Background information on the samples: ovary_background_info_public.xls

 

Hybridization intensity (Affymetrix "Average Difference") values for each gene:

ovary_background_info_public.xls (Excel) or ovary_AD_public.txt (tab-delimited text)

 

The Excel version has a sheet with the Affymetrix "present / absent / marginal" calls (not needed).
