Cut off the portion of the frog above the spinal cord entrance of the sciatic nerve, including the viscera.
Tips
- Hold the frog on your fingers so that the frog's head and arms bend over
your fingers and expose the spinal cord.
- Cut as close to the head as possible so that there is enough spinal cord left to put on the hemostat.
