Grab the spinal cord with a hemostat and with another hemostat grab a fold of skin on the frog and pull down to remove the skin from the frog. If this proves difficult (which it is for very large bullfrogs), grab the muscle on each side of the spinal cord with a pair of forceps and with a third pair of forceps grab a fold of skin on the frog and pull down to remove the skin from the frog.
