SUBJECT: A Particle Sink
DESCRIPTION: The animation shows a sink of particles. The particles appear on the rim of the cone, and then move down the cone under the influence of gravity. They disappear out the bottom of the cone. The vector velocities of the particles as seen from above are all directed toward the center of the cone.
