七十年代末期，中國大陸全面實施計畫生育政策，這段期間大陸年出生率有顯著下降，故在八十年代，中共當局更以全面、強制性方式實施「一胎化」(One Child)的人口政策，此一計畫生育方案在城市地區奏效了；但在廣大農村地區是受挫的。分析其中失敗因素甚多，主要是1979年農村進行經濟改革所實施的聯產承包責任制(contractual responsibility system linked to production)。在家庭勞動力需求下對計畫生育的衝擊，農村經濟體制改革刺激了農民對生育子女的需求，削弱了生育管理工作的職能。

I could not do morning exercise, because I am used to working late and geting up late. I’m trying to change this habit. After that, I might try morning exercise. I believe certain amount of exercise is good for health.
