Lecture 10: Characteristic Strip Expansion, Shape from Shading, Iterative Solutions
Description: In this lecture, we study our shape from shading problem. We introduce a set of ordinary differential equations, and illustrate how we can construct a system that allows us to estimate the depth profile of an object using position and surface orientation.
