Visualizing the Energies of Screw Dislocations

Description

This project explores the nature of defects by examining how the energy of atoms change in the presence of various types of defects with a focus on screw dislocations in cubic of hexagonal close packed lattice configurations. The energy of atoms was modeled using Lennard-Jones functions.
