This is the second lecture in the series of 3 lectures on Airline Operations. This lecture deals with achieving good passenger service reliability, comparison between the delays suffered by disrupted and non-disrupted passengers, discussion on itineraries and late disruptions. It also talks about minimizing sum of disrupted passengers and sum of passenger delays, and models used for the same.
