These videos give a sense of how each class is run. After warmups and stretching, the class spends the majority of the time working on their shooting technique.

Video is used extensively in the class to highlight individual student’s shooting and to help correct any imperfections in their technique. After being filmed in class, the video is available for the student to review via the web.

And on certain nice days in early fall and late spring, the class will go outside to practice shooting in real-world conditions, like high wind.  Images from one of those outdoor sessions can be seen here. (PDF)
